Bethesdabakers/Poptypesda: internationally known microbakery established in 2007. Producers of a wide range of naturally leavened (sourdough) breads, using both savoury and enriched doughs.
Original recipes made in small batches using the finest ingredients. The whole process – mixing, kneading, shaping, baking – undertaken by hand.
In the coming weeks I shall be baking breads that complement or include some of the fine products available from Cadwyn Ogwen.
