Cadwyn Ogwen
Cadwyn Ogwen was formed in partnership with local food and drink producers to support our local community and economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are proud that it has developed into a close knit network of producers who pride themselves on working together with the aims of:

Providing top quality produce that highlights the best of what is available in our local area

Encouraging customers to reduce food miles and carbon emissions by buying local and utilising Partneriaeth Ogwen’s electric community vehicles for deliveries

Helping customers support local businesses to strengthen the local economy
Our food hub is now located in Llaethdy Gwyn, Bethesda, and it is a pleasure to work closely with Cosyn Cymru as they develop in their new home and move from strength to strength. Our other partners include:

Since May 2023 we have joined up with Hwb Bwyd Dyffyn Nantlle, a food producer projected run by Yr Orsaf, Penygroes. Now not only do customers in Dyffryn Nantlle get to enjoy produce from Cadwyn Ogwen producers, but we are also able to make the following producers available to Dyffyn Ogwen customers:

We can be found online through the Open Food Network at: www.cadwynogwen.cymru. Customers can place their orders by noon on Tuesdays for delivery on Thursday afternoons. Delivery is free for orders over £25, and our delivery area includes: Rhiwlas, Pentir, Glasinfryn, Llandygai, Talybont, Llanllechid, Rachub, Gerlan, Tregarth, Mynydd Llandygai and Bethesda. Alternatively, customers can pick their orders free of delivery charge from one of our collection points: Moelyci Tregarth, Llaethdy Gwyn Bethesda, or Tyddyn Teg Bethel.
