Proudly based in North Wales and providing seafood from the Menai Strait, we are committed to sourcing the broadest and finest range of shell and fin fish the sea has to offer. In addition to our freshly caught range of seafood (lobsters, brown crab, mussels, oysters, bass, mackerel, pollack, plaice etc) and smoked fish (salmon, haddock, kippers, gravadlax), we provide prepared products such as pâté, mousse and chowder. The same high-quality ingredients are used in recipes created with the Food Technology Centre, Llandrillo College, then prepared and cooked in our 5-star food hygiene rated kitchen in Bethesda.

We’re currently refurbishing The Old Port Office at Port Penrhyn on the Menai Strait. This will be our new headquarters by the summer of 2020. In the meantime, we’re operating from our Bethesda kitchen (57 High Street, Bethesda LL57 3AN) which is open every Tuesday and Friday 4-6pm.
